Paragon operates as a single discipline across design, metalwork, and installation. Our scope is built for site-integrated work: community entries, amenity features, park markers, and the architectural metals that carry a brand through a landscape.
We join projects during design development alongside the landscape architect, developer, and civil team. We sketch, model, prototype finishes, and resolve the questions that are expensive to answer late. Footings, utilities, material transitions, and constructability.
Plate, tube, sheet, and dimensional fabrication in-house. Structural and decorative. Dimensional letters, cut-metal panels, perforated screens, feature cladding, and sculptural elements, welded, finished, and sealed to site-ready tolerances.
From halo-lit dimensional letters to face-lit cabinets, backlit panels, and non-illuminated stand-offs. We coordinate photometrics, power routing, driver locations, and service access, so the lighting reads as architectural, not retrofit.
Architectural pavilions, shade structures, trellises, and custom steel canopies built as one-of-a-kind pieces, not off-the-shelf kits. Structural design-assist, bespoke louver systems, colored shade elements, and integrated seating or lighting developed alongside the landscape architect.
One-off sculptural and functional pieces: Corten sundials, cut-metal artwork, feature sculptures, and site-art installations. These are the pieces that give a park or plaza a singular identity, built as fine metalwork and engineered to sit in the landscape for decades.
Entry monuments, amenity center markers, pavilion identifiers, trail features, and park gateways. Built with structural steel, stone, masonry, concrete, and integrated landscape lighting. Engineered as a permanent piece of the site.
Site survey, foundation design-assist, crane picks, electrical rough-in, and final install. We coordinate our schedule against the civil, masonry, and landscape crews, and stay on site through commissioning and punch.
When a community needs a consistent language of signs across directional, identification, regulatory, and amenity, we develop it as a system. Drawings, finish standards, and a family of components that grow with the project over time.
We work the full palette of architectural metals and complementary materials. Each project is built around a specific combination, chosen for its site, climate, sightlines, and how it will weather.
Finishes range from raw and weathered to architectural powder coat and hand-rubbed patinas. We prototype and document each finish so the tenth piece matches the first.
We'd rather meet early, during schematic design or design development, than be handed a specification at the end. Reach the studio directly.
